Run and maintain up to date information for all assigned HR databases.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining employee records apart from transition cases (permanent to temporary and vice versa).</li></ul><ul><li>
Supporting and assisting with Administration department&rsquo;s processes as assigned from time to time by N+1 or Management.</li><li>
Compliance responsibility (for e.g. labor laws &ndash; minimum wage) federal and provincial as needed from time to time.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Be the custodian of HR policies and SOPs for all office sites, ensuring compliance and employee understanding.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain discipline in alignment with company policies and escalate issues as necessary.</li><li>
Ensure all HR communications are distributed, acknowledged, signed, scanned, and returned to the HR department.</li><li>
Be responsible for execution of all HR operations post onboarding for all employees.</li></ul><ul><li>
Conduct HR inductions for new hires to help manage workload when needed to ensure they are aligned with the company&rsquo;s values, policies, and culture.</li><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries or grievances at all office sites after FDOs/Admin and HR executives.</li><li>
Serve as the nationwide point of contact for Employee Cards and liaising with the FDOs/Admins and HR Executives for their issuance.</li><li>
Support with monthly payroll processing and finalization.</li><li>
Supporting overall HR communication/coordination/processes and workflows as necessary from time to time.</li><li>
