Support the Manager HRBP in daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of HR activities.</li><li>
Maintain and manage employee records, HR documentation, and policy-related files with high accuracy.</li><li>
Oversee <b>contract management</b>, including reviewing, updating, and ensuring compliance with employment agreements and HR policies.</li><li>
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>
Coordinate and manage <b>in-house events, employee engagement activities, and celebrations</b> to promote a positive workplace culture.</li><li>
Collaborate with the People &amp; Culture team to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing.</li><li>
Ensure HR compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.</li><li>
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives.</li><li>

Required Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.</li><li>
Minimum <b>2 years of hands-on experience</b> in HR operations and/or people &amp; culture roles.</li><li>
Certification in HR, Labor Law, or related discipline will be an added advantage.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.</li><li>
Good understanding of HR processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
