The Smart Services Specialist plays a critical role in helping support the acceleration of our Cisco Services business. What you&rsquo;ll do as the Cisco Services Specialist:

Data Analysis:<ul><li>Must be a Microsoft Excel expert with ability to manipulate Renewal Pipelines, CRM Pipelines, Reporting, Automated VBA customer facing documentation.</li><li>Create and maintain customer facing automated templates built using Microsoft VB, using Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). Templates include Services Quote, Services Details, Order Completion Report and more.</li><li>Create additional automated documents from time to time to strengthen department&rsquo;s processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Converting raw Cisco Reports in an accurate and efficient pipeline</li></ul>
