<div>This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan&rsquo;s agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA&rsquo;s foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including maintenance of employee master data, service records, leave and attendance monitoring, contract documentation, payroll inputs (as applicable), and separation processes.</li><li>
Ensure personnel files and HR documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained in structured physical and digital repositories with proper version control and confidentiality safeguards.</li><li>
Coordinate HR service delivery processes and monitor adherence to defined turnaround timelines; escalate delays or non-compliance issues to the Deputy Director.</li><li>
Administer performance management processes including tracking goal-setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, calibration documentation, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).</li><li>
Monitor completion compliance of performance cycles and prepare status reports for review by senior HR leadership.</li><li>
Support confirmation and promotion workflows by ensuring documentation completeness and alignment with performance records and approval protocols.</li><li>

Requirements 
 
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HRM, Business/Public Administration, Management Sciences, or related discipline (HEC-recognized).</li><li>
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/CIPD) will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
Overall experience of 4 years with minimum 4 years of relevant HR operations experience.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in employee lifecycle administration, performance management coordination, HR documentation discipline, and HRIS data handling.</li><li>
Experience in a regulatory, autonomous body, SOE, or governance-driven environment will be preferred.</li></ul></div>
