The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects efficiently while ensuring fast-track approvals from relevant departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review architectural designs, concepts, and drawings.</li><li>Handle ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) submissions and approvals.</li><li>Manage Civil Defense approvals and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate Traffic Study submissions and approvals when required.</li><li>Prepare and manage As-Built drawings and approvals.</li><li>Lead and coordinate with the design team to ensure quality standards are maintained.</li><li>Communicate with clients and authorities to expedite project approvals.</li><li>Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely project processing.</li><li>Ensure all architectural documents comply with UAE regulations and standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in architectural design and approvals.</li><li>UAE experience preferred, especially in Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ADM processes, Civil Defense, Traffic Department, and authority approvals.</li><li>Good understanding of architectural design concepts and technical drawings.</li><li>Excellent communication and client handling skills.</li><li>Ability to lead and coordinate with project teams.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.</li></ul>Candidate Preference:<ul><li>Arabic Female Candidate.</li><li>Currently available in UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.</li></ul>Salary Package:<ul><li>AED 5,000 &ndash; AED 8,000 (depending on experience)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
