 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field; or NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.

 ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor qualification preferred.

 OSHAD/ADOSH Safety Practitioner Course
 </li>

 Experience

 Minimum 8 years of HSE experience, ideally in utilities, transmission, EPC, or heavy civil projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years specifically as an HSE Engineer/Officer on construction projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working with Supervision Consultants or in a PMC environment is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in HSE implementation for high‑risk construction environments (e.g., substations, transmission lines, infrastructure) preferred.
 </li>
