   In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including familiarity with Kuwait's HSE laws

   Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
  </li>

   Proficiency in safety auditing and inspection techniques
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with HSE management systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HSE-related software
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as needed
