<ul><li>Bachelor's or master&rsquo;s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or proposal management in electrical, automation, or software domains.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Electronic, Energy, and Telecommunication Engineering&mdash;experience in these areas is a significant advantage.</li>
<li>Well-established network within the MEA (Middle East &amp; Africa) power utility sector.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Familiar with sales and pre-sales tools and processes, such as CRM systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.</li>
