<li>Create HR forms, templates, internal communications and presentation materials as needed.</li>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, and directions on programs, processes, and procedures.</li>
<li>Partner with the Head of HR in the investigation process, including participation in interviews and completion of investigation summaries.</li>
<li>Participate in communications, follow-up, and questions pertaining to the overall performance management process across the firm.</li>
<li>Participate in the administration of compensation, bonus, and incentive programs.</li>
<li>Oversee internal files and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS (Ulti-Pro) and other databases by performing regular audits.</li>

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.</p>

The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key contributor to the Human Resources team, providing comprehensive support in both HR operations and academic hiring processes. Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Provides human resources support for all unit employees including recruitment and hiring, orientation/on-boarding and training, terminations, FMLA requests/formal accommodations, payroll related inquiries, professional development, visa processing, employee relations, and employee engagement.</li><li>
Manages end-to-end recruitment processes, including developing job posting, candidate screening, interview logistics, reference checking and handling employment offers, and conducting orientation. Drafts templates and routine offer letters.</li><li>
Maintains appropriate human resources data and records, solving a range of straightforward problems using standard procedures.</li><li>
Develops tutorials and provides training to the Institute on timekeeping processes and best practices.</li><li>
Coordinates employee training and development programs to enhance organizational capability and staff retention.</li><li>
