Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Business Partner consultation - Provide direct HR partner support to SPG businesses and leaders. This individual will have direct contact with several of SPG&rsquo;s leadership team members and business leaders. Employee relations and advocacy- Advise managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues including coaching, researching/investigating situations and recommending business driven, proactive, and inclusive solutions. Act as an SME for HR team members and leaders and a coach/role model for the employees on the SPG HR team.</li><li>
Performance Management &ndash; Drive more efficient and effective ways to educate employees and leaders on performance management processes and culture.</li><li>
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community &ndash; Provide partnership and thought leadership to Talent Acquisition and our leaders to promote diversity of thought, perspectives, inclusive practices, policies, and behaviors, and equitable treatment of all employees and customers.</li><li>

Mergers and Acquisitions &ndash; Support M&amp;A activities as needed</li><li>

Communication &ndash; Create and design content and educational material for employee and manager development. Keep employees and leaders informed through regular talent updates in collaboration with team members and HR SME&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Cross-HR collaboration &ndash; Work with SPG HR and corporate COEs to deliver the best employee experience in a highly decentralized organization.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
At least 2-5 years of generalist/HR Business partner experience including employee relations, project support, employee engagement, and HRIS system updates.</li><li>
Experience working with HR SME teams like payroll, benefits, compensation, and recruiting, to answer employee and manager questions and deliver on key initiatives.</li><li>
Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience in the insurance/financial services industry and/or experience with technology clients strongly preferred</li><li>
A solid understanding of the ever changing state laws and proficiency or a desire to learn about HR legal requirements across the US and Canada is preferred.</li><li>
Experience remotely supporting employees in multiple locations and countries is desirable.</li><li>

Job Description
The Human Resources Director leads and manages the people management related agenda for the institution/business. He/she will be a key contributor on both a strategic and operational level, serving as the business partner to the business team. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead global process harmonization efforts across Bain&rsquo;s HR Operations function and its three regions. You&rsquo;ll support Bain&rsquo;s talent strategy by driving consistency, efficiency, and service excellence in how our core HR systems support professional development, employee engagement, and mobility. This is a varied and high-impact role that blends program management, system knowledge, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You&rsquo;ll be a global thought partner and key liaison for HR teams, Program Management, and regional talent leadership. 
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership, Stakeholder Management &amp; Process Improvement (40%)<ul><li>Lead global process harmonization initiatives&mdash;from redesign through implementation</li><li>Align systems, stakeholders, and processes across regions to achieve service excellence</li><li>Act as ombudsman and global point of contact for HR Ops teams, local HR, and Program Managers</li><li>Partner with HR Ops leadership to shape team operating models and communication plans</li></ul> 
Analysis &amp; Innovation (20%)<ul><li>Analyze service levels, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify improvements</li><li>Own audit processes and respond to data/reporting requests with accuracy and clarity</li><li>Serve as a thought leader in identifying global synergies and scalable solutions</li></ul>
Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Customer Support (30%)<ul><li>Translate and prioritize regional needs; advocate for consistent, scalable solutions</li><li>Partner with Automation and HC Systems teams to drive improvement projects</li><li>Champion change management, communication planning, and customer alignment</li></ul>
Talent &amp; Team Development (10%)<ul><li>Coach and support administrators using Bain&rsquo;s apprenticeship model</li><li>Lead recruiting, screening, and onboarding for open roles within the team</li><li>Provide ongoing feedback and ensure team members meet service expectations</li></ul>
ABOUT YOU<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (HR, psychology, management, or related field preferred)</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of HR experience; consulting/professional services a plus</li><li>Deep knowledge of HR fundamentals (career management, performance, etc.)</li><li>Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Outstanding communication&mdash;both written and verbal (English fluency required)</li><li>High discretion with confidential information and ability to work independently</li><li>A change-ready mindset and comfort with ambiguity</li><li>A self-starter with the ability to work independently</li><li>Experience working as an HR Business Generalist, working with HR processes &amp; systems in a consulting or other professional services firm is preferred</li></ul>
U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service, and Bain&rsquo;s best-in-class benefits package.
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:<ul><li>
In Illinois, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $107,500 - $128,500; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.</li><li>
In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $102,500 - $123,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.</li></ul>
Additional compensation may include:<ul><li>

 As a
 
 Talent Business Advisor (TBA) Senior Associate
 
 - Human Resources Senior Associate at Crowe, you&rsquo;ll play an integral role in supporting the execution of people-related initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience across the firm. Reporting into the Talent Business Advisor team, this role supports the operational and logistical needs of key talent processes&mdash;helping ensure a consistent, efficient, and people-centered approach to talent delivery.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the Talent Solutions team and business units to execute core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce logistics. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your experience in talent operations while learning how HR strategy is implemented in a professional services environment.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Partner with Talent Business Leaders and Advisors to support the execution of core talent processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards processes, and employee engagement initiatives).
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the point of coordination for operational tasks such as Leaves of Absence (LOA), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and relocations, working closely with relevant Talent Solutions and business leaders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a resource to employees and leaders by addressing routine talent-related inquiries and escalating complex matters as appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for review by the Talent Business Advisory and BU Operations teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in identifying data trends or inconsistencies that may inform talent decisions or process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all actions and communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help drive awareness and understanding of talent programs through employee education and communication support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the implementation of firmwide and business-unit-specific talent programs by coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting the day-to-day project activities.

 Partner with peers across Talent Solutions and the broader Talent function to ensure consistency and alignment in talent-related services and processes.
