 Benesch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across our Southeast Region, with a focus on hiring initiatives in Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Based in our Chicago corporate office (or Overland, KS), this role will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and attract the professionals needed to support continued growth across the region.

 The expected compensation range is an estimate and represents the total compensation being offered for the position. The total compensation is determined by several factors, including the candidate's AEC recruiting experience and overall recruiting experience.
 
 
 
 The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the State of Illinois Pay Transparency Act, Illinois Pay Transparency Law. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.

The Talent Operations Consultant serves as a key operational resource within Talent Strategy &amp; Experience, responsible for independently managing critical compliance, regulatory, immigration-related processes, and talent operations processes that support workforce operations across the health system. The Talent Operations Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the medical center maintains full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory standards related to employment.
