ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Support day-to-day administration of the agency&rsquo;s benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries in partnership with the Benefits team.</li>
<li>Identify trends, issues, or gaps in benefits administration and communicate recommendations or changes to improve processes and enhance the overall benefits offering.</li>
<li>Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and Parental Leave, by coordinating requests and tracking through the Prudential system.</li>
<li>Partner with managers and leadership to provide updates on employee leave statuses, timelines, and return-to-work expectations, ensuring clear communication and adherence to policies.</li>
<li>Process and audit benefit enrollments and qualifying life events within the UKG system to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate and deliver new hire benefits orientations, ensuring employees understand available programs and enrollment processes.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for Open Enrollment, including system setup, employee communications, and enrollment processing.</li>
<li>Administer COBRA enrollments and eligibility tracking through designated third-party system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve benefits carrier and file feed issues by coordinating with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.</li>
<li>Review, reconcile, and process benefits invoices across multiple vendors, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution and payment.</li>
</ul>
SALARY: The salary range for this position will be $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Pay will be given based on skill and experience level.

The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for providing technical sales support for all medical products. Support will be provided to Leica&rsquo;s Medical customers, as well as to Independent Manufacturer&rsquo;s Representatives (IMRs) in all facets of their selling activities. As a Salesforce for Nonprofits: Business Analyst you&rsquo;ll work closely with clients to provide post implementation support, system optimization, and/or ongoing administration as contracted.

</h3><div><ul><li>Provide system administration, design, and optimization services inline with Managed Service contract engagement standards &amp; SLA&rsquo;s
<ul>
<li>Educate, guide, and empower clients in the Idealist Way
</li>
<li>Balance response times and approvals across multiple assignments
</li>
<li>Plan activities from requirements to solution design using prescribed project management tools and delivery methodologies to ensure continuity in communication and project quality
</li>
<li>Escalate client or consultant capacity concerns to Client Success for resolution support
</li>
</ul></li><li>Design and implement Salesforce solutions, to meet client needs, identify opportunities for business process and system alignment and optimization
<ul>
<li>Facilitate client need assessment, through user story collection, grooming, and prioritization
</li>
<li>Favor declarative configuration with custom fields, objects, layouts, views, reports, dashboards, and automation
</li>
<li>Support validation and user acceptance testing
</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and security
</li>
<li>Provide documentation to empower client understanding and ownership of their system
</li>
<li>Facilitate the selection and implement third-party solutions and applications as needed
</li>
<li>Translate client business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the platforms, products, and applications
</li>
<li>Lead data mapping efforts during solution design and implementation phases, ensuring data integrity and usability across systems
</li>
</ul></li><li>Provide on project mentorship for Jnr Consultants and new hires
</li>
<li>Assist Sales and Services Teams in preparing estimates for implementation, providing detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and Alert Client Success of new opportunities as identified
</li>
<li>Stay up to date on Salesforce best practice, ecosystem trends, and product releases
<ul>
<li>Advise and train clients on product enhancements, new functionality, and adoption opportunities
</li>
</ul></li></ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Your Background Includes:</h3><div>
Baseline Expectation:</div>
<ul>
<li><div>1&ndash;6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant, with hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations (Experience Cloud and/or Agentforce Nonprofit/NPC preferred)</div>
</li>
<li><div>Current working knowledge of Salesforce for nonprofits recent releases and roadmap</div>
</li>
<li><div>Able to solve automation requirements with Flow</div>
</li>
<li><div>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ability to balance multiple project assignments at one time</div>
</li>
<li><div>Creative and analytical thinking with a passion for solving customer problems with software solutions</div>
</li>
<li><div>Understanding of nonprofit business process and complexities</div></li></ul>
