Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>
At least 2-5 years of generalist/HR Business partner experience including employee relations, project support, employee engagement, and HRIS system updates.</p></li><li><p>

<p>We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Trainer with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP transformation. This position is responsible for developing interactive, user-centric training materials and applications that optimize end-user engagement with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.</p>
<p>This role blends learning design, hands-on Oracle Fusion knowledge, and training facilitation skills to support successful user adoption throughout the Oracle implementation lifecycle.
