   Liaise with official institutions in line with labour law and related regulations.

   Handle legal notifications and ensure timely and accurate submissions.

   Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
  </li>
  <li>
   Foster employee engagement by supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and succession planning.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support performance management cycles and employee development programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead and enable company-wide social responsibility and community engagement projects.

  Your profile:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP capacity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of labour law and HR practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
