Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader</li><li>Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Cashier Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly</li><li>Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
</li><li>Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues</li><li>Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy</li><li>Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses</li></ul>

Stocker Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer
</li><li>Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays</li><li>Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes</li><li>Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures</li></ul>

Physical Demands:
<ul><li>Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store</li><li>Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights</li></ul>

Job Summary:
The Operations Analyst provides comprehensive administrative, analytical, and organizational support to Air Force program divisions. This role manages activities including DTS travel, training, special projects, data collection, self-inspections, file management, and cross-directorate coordination. The analyst conducts research, interprets policy, develops reports and briefings, tracks suspense items, and advises senior leadership on operational processes and initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide day-to-day division support for administrative functions, DTS, training, awards, and special projects.</li><li>
Collect, validate, and analyze division data to support requirements and leadership decision-making.</li><li>
Serve as project manager for special studies and initiatives; prepare reports, findings, and recommendations.</li><li>
Conduct independent research on policy, procedures, regulations, and legal/contractual requirements.</li><li>
Review draft regulations and directives; prepare impact assessments and recommendations.</li><li>
Participate in meetings, committees, and working groups; prepare briefings and written reports.</li><li>
Coordinate across directorates, centers, MAJCOMs, and HQ USAF to support operational alignment.</li><li>
Maintain master files, file plans, and tracking systems for classified and unclassified material.</li><li>
Use systems such as AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER, ETMS2/TMT, MICT, and PMRT to retrieve data and track actions.</li><li>
Support administrative tasks: manning tracking, data entry, correspondence preparation, mail handling, and office supply coordination.</li><li>
Assist with self-inspections, corrective action tracking, and quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Process quarterly/yearly awards and recognition packages.</li><li>
Train staff on TMT, SharePoint, and package submission requirements; track suspenses and correspondence.</li><li>
Manage DTS travel orders, authorizations, and vouchers; provide travel expertise and training to personnel.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.</li><li>

Proficiency with AFRIMS, DTS, ETMS2/TMT, SOCCER, MICT, PMRT, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Strong analytical abilities and experience reviewing reports, data, and research.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance if required.</li></ul>
