</div><div>Maximize and contribute to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience
</div><div>Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well folded, arranged in order from smallest to largest, hanged items must be steamed, brand wise, size wise etc)
</div><div>Ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display

Academic Credentials:</b><br>
PhD in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a closely related field; or MFA in Multimedia Design or Digital Media from an accredited institution.</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Teaching Experience:</b><br>
Minimum of five years of university-level teaching experience (for senior ranks), with demonstrated excellence in studio-based multimedia instruction.</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Professional Expertise:</b><br>
Strong portfolio evidencing professional and/or research-based work in multimedia, motion design, animation, or interactive media.</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Technical Skills:</b><br>
Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop), 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D), motion graphics platforms, and interactive design tools.</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Research and Scholarship:</b><br>
Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, creative productions, exhibitions, or recognized professional practice.</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Communication Skills:</b><br>
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Cultural Competency:</b><br>
Experience working effectively in multicultural academic environments.</li></ul><br>

Emerging Technologies:</b><br>
Expertise in immersive media, AR/VR, game design, AI-driven media production, or interactive installations.</li>
