We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) Facilitator to join our organization. This individual will play a crucial role in creating, evaluating, and launching new courses and programs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in LMS administration and solid experience customizing and delivering training programs, with over 7-10 years of experience and a strong working knowledge of adult learning theory. They will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new employees, customizing and delivering manager training programs, and serving alongside and partnering with the P&amp;C (HR) team Hyderabad site.
