Key Responsibilities</div>

<li>Maintains stock level for all the store items as per approved par-stock levels.
</li><li>Prepares purchase requisitions for the store items as per the movements and par level.
</li><li>Receives the items from the receiving clerk which is ordered by store and verify with purchase request.</li>
<li>Follows up with purchasing department for non-delivered items.</li>
<li>Arranges / stores the items in the shelves / pallets in category wise and follow FIFO method.</li>
<li>Removes all the plastic bags and stacks the items in the shelves.</li>
<li>Makes sure that all the store items are kept at appropriate temperature</li>
<li>Issues items for different departments / Outlets / Kitchens / Bars etc with approved electronic or manual store requisitions and obtain receiver signature on the requisition.</li>
<li>Follows FIFO while issuing the items.</li>
<li>Makes requisitions for all manual requisitions and post.</li>
<li>Modifies the requisition if any corrections and then posts the requisition.</li>
<li>Posts all the store requisitions on daily basis in the Inventory system.</li>
<li>Coordinates with departments for special functions and orders the items as per the special requirements.</li>
<li>Assists cost control for monthly / yearly stock taking.</li>
<li>Ensures that all the store products have reasonable expiry date within Municipality guidelines.</li>
<li>Prepares slow moving / non-moving and short expiry items list on monthly basis.</li>
<li>Makes sure that stores are always clean and tidy.</li>
<li>Maintains high level of Hygiene in the Stores and surrounding areas as per the standard of Meydan Hygiene Department and Dubai Municipality requirements.</li>
