ISS support fulfillment center operations by acting as the link between Corporate Retail teams and on-site Operations. They investigate, manage, and re-escalate Retail, Vendor, and Catalog tickets to resolve receiving and inventory issues. The role requires strong communication, cross-team coordination, and hands-on problem solving. ISS Representatives also help maintain safe work areas and support consistent operational performance.<br>
Your responsibilities:
