Emirates Hospitality Center (EHC) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Soft &amp; Hard Facilities Manager to join our team.We are seeking a highly capable professional with a strong background in catering, hospitality, facilities management, and large-scale service operations, with a proven track record of managing both soft and hard FM services.Position: Soft &amp; Hard Facilities ManagerCompany: Emirates Hospitality Center Industry: Catering &amp; Hospitality Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and oversee all Soft and Hard Facilities Management operations across assigned sites and facilities.</li><li>Develop and implement effective FM strategies, SOPs, policies, and operational standards.</li><li>Supervise cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and other soft services.</li><li>Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure all facilities are maintained to a high standard of safety, hygiene, functionality, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.</li><li>Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual requirements.</li><li>Control maintenance and operational costs while maintaining service quality.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Identify operational risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Manage facility-related budgets, resources, manpower, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Lead and develop FM teams, supervisors, technicians, cleaners, and support staff.</li><li>Prepare operational reports, maintenance reports, incident reports, and performance dashboards for management.</li><li>Ensure business continuity and rapid response to facility emergencies and breakdowns.</li><li>Work closely with Catering Operations, Kitchen, Procurement, HR, HSEQ, Finance, and senior management.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, preferably within the catering, hospitality, hotel, contract catering, healthcare, or large-scale service industry.</li><li>Strong practical knowledge of both Soft FM and Hard FM operations.</li><li>Proven experience managing large teams and multiple operational sites.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and general facility operations.</li><li>Experience working in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment will be highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.</li><li>Good understanding of HSE, hygiene, food safety, and facility compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong contractor and vendor management skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Good computer skills, including MS Office and facility management/inventory systems.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.</li><li>UAE experience is highly preferred.</li></ul>Preferred ProfileThe ideal candidate should be a hands-on and commercially minded Facilities Manager who can effectively balance operational excellence, service quality, compliance, manpower productivity, and cost control.Experience in large-scale catering operations, central kitchens, hospitality facilities, government/military catering, or multi-site contract services will be considered a strong advantage.Why Join Emirates Hospitality Center?Join Emirates Hospitality Center and become part of a professional organization where facilities excellence, operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction are key drivers of business performance.Interested candidates with strong Soft &amp; Hard FM experience in the catering and hospitality sector are encouraged to apply.Work Location: In person
