Summary
 
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the procurement activities supporting the business objectives. Ensure that the purchasing and procurement of goods support quality, cost, inventory, and service level standards.
 
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
 Prepare and process purchase orders of suppliers on SAP and Oracle per procurement policies and procedures
 Source and evaluate suppliers both domestically and internationally to ensure competitive pricing and quality of goods provided
 Prepare weekly open purchase orders and purchase requisition reports with the status update
 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and finalize purchase agreements
 Expedite orders and follow up with Freight Forwarders on the shipment of orders from supplier to site, both locally and internationally
 Manage vendor relationships and communicate with suppliers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability
 Evaluate vendor performance based on factors including but not limited to quality, reliability, and delivery times
 Review and finalize yearly contracts and/or blank orders with suppliers
 Manage company accommodation bookings for employees, including but not limited to tenancy agreement renewals, municipality and utility process payments
 Assist employees with accommodation-related inquiries, provide recommendations, and address any issues or concerns
 Liaise with local and regional HSE teams on regular company accommodation inspections and corrective actions if required
 Providing administration, reporting, and coordination support to the department

Synopsis
Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise IT to lead the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation across Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and other enterprise functions.
The role will be responsible for defining the transformation strategy, leading implementation partners, managing programme governance, and ensuring successful business adoption. The successful candidate will bring deep SAP expertise, enterprise programme leadership experience, and a proven track record delivering complex transformation initiatives in large organizations.
Accountabilities<ul><li>
