 Procurement Officer &ndash; ELV &amp; ICT Systems
 
 to join our organization and support the successful execution of complex system integration projects.
 
 
 In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for ELV and ICT systems within a system integrator or EPC environment. You will play a key role in ensuring timely sourcing, technical compliance, cost optimization, and effective vendor coordination in line with project requirements and delivery schedules.
 
 
 Working closely with Engineering, Project Management, QA/QC, and Supply Chain teams, you will contribute directly to project performance, cost control, and on-time delivery across multiple concurrent projects
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 a. Procurement &amp; Supply Chain Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage procurement activities for ELV and ICT systems, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Structured Cabling (Copper &amp; Fiber)
 </li>
 <li>
 Public Address &amp; Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems
 </li>
 <li>
 BMS and AV systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Networking, Wi-Fi, Servers, and Active/Passive components
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs based on approved BOQs, technical specifications, and drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate technical and commercial offers in coordination with Engineering and Project teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure alignment with contractual terms, delivery schedules, and project milestones

 b. Technical &amp; Project Coordination

 Review vendor submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements

 Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and QA/QC teams to ensure correct material selection and approvals

 Ensure materials comply with applicable standards and authority requirements (e.g. ADNOC, Aramco, Etisalat, DEWA, ADDC, where applicable)

 Support value engineering initiatives and propose technically compliant alternative solutions when appropriate

 c. Vendor &amp; Contract Management

 Identify, prequalify, and manage approved vendors, manufacturers, and distributors

 Maintain strong working relationships with OEMs and key system suppliers

 Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery commitments

 Proactively resolve supply chain issues, delays, and non-conformances

 d. Logistics, Documentation &amp; Reporting

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Strong hands-on experience in ELV and ICT systems procurement

 Solid understanding of ELV &amp; ICT architectures, components, and system integration principles

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach

 Abilty to work in an international, multicultural environment
