Job descriptionwe are seeking an experienced IT Officer that to ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of all hotel IT systems. The role is responsible for system maintenance, data integrity, user support, and coordination with vendors and management to support uninterrupted hotel operations.Responsibilities:Ensure timely preventive maintenance and repair of all hotel IT equipment and systemsCoordinate quick resolution and restoration of faulty hardware, software, and systemsEnsure continuous availability of IT support for critical systems and emergenciesManage IT consumables and ensure system requirements are always availableEstablish, monitor, and maintain data backup and recovery proceduresRebuild and restore data affected by hardware or software failuresKeep Hotel Management Systems updated as per Area IT Manager instructionsSupport internal and external audits with required technical assistanceAdvise management on IT improvements, upgrades, and technological advancementsCoordinate investigation and resolution of software faults and system enhancement requestsEstablish emergency procedures to maintain hotel operations during system failuresRequirements:Previous experience in hotel IT operationsStrong knowledge of hotel management systems and IT infrastructureExperience in data backup, recovery, and system securityGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle emergenciesLocally available candidates in Qatar preferredJob Type: Full-timeTrain employees on effective use of IT systems and provide user manualsDistribute Night Audit and system-generated reports as requiredEnsure compliance with hotel policies, IT standards, health &amp; safety, and local lawsJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
