  We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and coordinate all IT operations across Mondi Egypt&rsquo;s two manufacturing sites (Cairo &amp; Suez). The role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure and systems in alignment with Mondi Group standards and regional IT governance.

  The IT Manager will act as the local IT lead, partnering closely with Regional IT and HQ teams to deliver business continuity, cybersecurity compliance, and digital initiatives supporting manufacturing, finance, and operational excellence.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Oversee day-to-day IT operations across both Egypt sites, ensuring high system availability and performance
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with Mondi Group IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and governance frameworks
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as primary liaison between Mondi Egypt and Regional / Group IT teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage local IT infrastructure including networks, servers, user devices, printers, shopfloor systems, and connectivity
  </li>
  <li>
   Support and coordinate SAP and business systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, PP modules) in collaboration with Regional IT
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure data security, backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity planning
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise local IT support resources and external service providers
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead local IT projects including system upgrades, hardware refresh, digitalization initiatives, and plant automation support
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor and control IT-related costs in alignment with approved budgets
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify system risks, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies and implement timely corrective actions
  </li>

   Support end-users across finance, production, supply chain, and administrative functions
  </li>

   Requirements &amp; Skills
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Fluent in English (spoken and written) &ndash; frequent communication with Regional and HQ IT teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Supervisor, or Senior IT Specialist in a manufacturing or multinational environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity standards, and IT governance
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working within corporate IT frameworks (preferably in a matrix reporting structure)
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience with:
  </li>
  <li>
   Computer networks and network administration
  </li>
  <li>
   Server management and virtualization
  </li>
  <li>
   Data backup and recovery systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Microsoft environments and enterprise systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Exposure to SAP environments is a strong advantage

   Ability to manage external vendors and service providers

   Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ticketing &amp; ITSM Tools:</p><ul><li>
 Coordinate and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests through ServiceNow ticketing platforms, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li></ul><p>
User Access &amp; System Operations:</p><ul><li>
Take full ownership of daily operations related to system access for both internal employees and external dealer users, ensuring proper access rights and security compliance across all platforms.</li></ul><p>
Financial &amp; Payment Oversight:</p><ul><li>
 Oversee the entire payment process for all IT-related invoices, including generating purchase orders (POs), coordinating invoice submissions, and ensuring timely completion of all required payment steps in alignment with internal financial policies.</li></ul><p>
Procurement &amp; Vendor Management:</p><ul><li>
Manage IT procurement activities including hardware, software, licenses, and services in alignment with corporate policies. Conduct vendor evaluations.</li></ul><p>
Asset Management:</p><ul><li>
 Oversee IT asset inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels for business continuity.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div><div><div><div>
Qualifikationen<div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and/or system administration.</li><li>
Strong hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and networking equipment.</li><li>
Solid understanding of information security practices and frameworks.</li><li>
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.</li><li>
Knowledge of procurement processes in a corporate setting.</li><li>
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Courses such as CCNA, MCSA, and Cloud certifications are a plus.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>
