Be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly, ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food &amp; and drinks in a timely and accurate manner. &nbsp;Waiter/Waitress Duties and Responsibilities:• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction to the guests • Taking guests Drinks orders • Serve food and drink orders • Be fast in the assembly of tables for the next clients • Have an impeccable cleanliness of your work area at all times • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties) • Follow all relevant health department regulations &nbsp;Waiter/Waitress Requirements:• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress • Attentiveness and patience for customers • Excellent presentation skills • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment • Active listening and effective communication skills • Team spirit • Flexibility to work in shifts

<h2>About the Role:</h2>&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Manager to lead and expand a new catering concept within a fast-growing F&amp;B organization. The ideal candidate must come from a pure catering background, preferably from large-scale operations such as Coffee or any other specialty catering, large-scale catering, or major hospitality/banqueting companies.&nbsp;This role is perfect for someone who has managed high-volume catering production, client relationships, logistics coordination, and end-to-end service execution. &nbsp;<h2>Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Lead, plan, and manage all catering operations including menu planning, food production, logistics, delivery, and service execution.</li><li>Oversee daily catering activities to ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage large-scale catering events, corporate orders, and special functions with precision.</li><li>Coordinate closely with kitchen, procurement, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.</li><li>Develop catering strategies, pricing structures, and service packages for different client segments.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.</li><li>Monitor catering budgets, costs, and profitability to achieve financial targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene standards, and company policies.</li><li>Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff and service teams.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the catering service. &nbsp;</li></ul><h2>Qualifications &amp; Experience: &nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>7–12 years of experience in professional catering operations.</li><li>Mandatory experience with high-volume catering environments such as:</li><li>Airline catering (e.g., Saudia Catering, Emirates Flight Catering, Qatar Airways Catering, etc.)</li><li>Industrial catering</li><li>Contract catering services</li><li>Large hotel/banquet catering departments</li><li>Strong knowledge of food production, menu planning, logistics, and service delivery for large groups.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.</li><li>Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.</li><li>Must be based in Saudi Arabia or have strong experience within the KSA catering market. &nbsp;</li></ul><h2>What We Offer: &nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Attractive salary package.</li><li>Opportunity to build and lead a new catering concept.</li><li>Fast-paced, expanding environment with room for career growth.</li></ul>
