 The Lead Analyst will serve as a for financial analytics services using enterprise customer telecom expense management (TEM) solutions. The Wireless team is responsible for analyzing US telecommunication costs using TEM software applications and working closely with Sakon customers based in the United States.  Your Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As a Vice President, your role will include management and leadership responsibilities, such as:

 <li>
 Owning and managing the product backlog, leading the refinement process and owning the value realisation and measurement for product goals through various metrics and KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirement, drive development of the solution, managing dependencies across teams and value streams, and to help align teams against a common vision

 Ongoing management and analysis of the product in the marketplace, definition and development of future releases and manage the business case for change initiatives

 Over 10+ years of hands‑on experience in technical and functional analysis, ideally within financial services or banking
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in reference data (party, account), payments, messaging protocols (including SWIFT), and data governance
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of data technologies&mdash;APIs, data flows, data models, multi‑tier systems, and integration challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated excellence in product backlog management and experience working with cloud or hybrid platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working proficiency on tools like Jira, Confluence, Big-query, programming languages (including Python, SQL), for Cloud / Big Data environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, master/reference data management
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and technical teams
 </li>

 Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and lead junior team members
