About the role:
Medidata is at the forefront of digital transformation in life sciences, and our platform is critical to accelerating the delivery of new medicines to patients. This Lead Product Designer role is for a strategic individual contributor who will define the future of how our customers including Clinical Data Managers, Biostatisticians, and Study Builders work with clinical data. You will move beyond incremental fixes to reimagine complex workflows, making the process of building clinical trials more intuitive, efficient, and scalable. The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $135,000-180,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $141,750-189,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $132,750-177,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $118,500-158,000.

 Our client is an exciting high-growth AI SaaS company that recently raised a significant Series E round and is scaling rapidly. Reporting to the Lead Designer, they&rsquo;re now looking for a Brand Designer to shape the company&rsquo;s visual identity and storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.  About the Role
 
 
 
 As a Brand Designer, you&rsquo;ll play a central role in crafting cohesive, impactful visual experiences that bring the company&rsquo;s story to life. You&rsquo;ll translate brand principles into scalable systems, design multi-channel assets, and evolve digital experiences to clearly communicate value and differentiate the brand. This is a fast-moving, high-impact environment where creativity, precision, and adaptability are key.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and refine brand systems to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create multi-media narratives and marketing materials across digital, print, and experiential channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evolve the website and digital platforms to strengthen positioning and brand character.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality outputs across ads, social content, presentations, campaigns, and sales enablement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build toolkits, templates, and guidelines to maintain brand quality across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to product design by supporting UI polish and visual consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines while upholding creative excellence.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of professional brand design experience with a strong portfolio with full 360 campaign work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to guide creative decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments where priorities shift quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work onsite in NYC
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Bonus:
 
 Motion design experience, background across both startup and agency settings, or formal training in Graphic Design / Visual Communications.
