<div><div><p>Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) is seeking a Policy Counsel intern to support CREW&rsquo;s democracy and rule of law work. The intern will conduct federal and state policy and related research, assist in writing CREW analyses and reports, and develop policy reform projects and legislative proposals related to current hot-button issues of great importance. The ideal candidate will show interest or experience in democracy and rule of law issues, including government ethics and accountability and federal court reform. </p><p>This position is based in the DC metro area and will be a hybrid of remote and in-person. Interns will receive a stipend of $1800 a month for a full-time internship (approx. 35-40 hours/week) and a stipend of $1000 for a part-time internship (approx. 20 hours/week).

Summer Associates assists Attorneys at HOLC of the United States House of Representatives, and its Committees and Members, in drafting legislation and performing related legal functions on a nonpartisan basis. The legal issues encountered in furnishing this assistance involve constitutional, statutory, and administrative law questions, as well as questions in other fields of Federal law. <div><div><p>Law student volunteers work directly with MNF trial attorneys on cutting-edge issues relating to section cases involving domestic and international asset forfeiture, money laundering, transnational criminal organizations, narcotics, and criminal violations of the Bank Secrecy Act and IEEPA. Assignments will vary but may include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, analyzing policy issues, and drafting section publications. Law student volunteers also may participate in local section-sponsored training, as well as training programs offered by the Department for volunteers.</p></div>

</b></p><p>We are pleased to offer an internship program for six of the nation&rsquo;s best and brightest future leaders in agriculture.</p>
<p>The AFBF internship program provides university students with an immersive opportunity to develop professional skills, explore agricultural industry dynamics, and gain hands-on experience through an 8&ndash;10-week engagement with our organization. Interns will develop a comprehensive understanding of association operations while building meaningful workplace competencies.</p>
<p>Throughout the program, participants will network with colleagues and senior executives through targeted educational and professional development activities.</p>
<p>This internship is scheduled to run from the week of May 26th to the week of August 3rd. It&rsquo;s preferred that interns start no later than June 1st.</p>

What you will be doing:</div><div>
The Government Affairs Intern works collaboratively within a bipartisan, nonpartisan team of DC-based subject matter experts and federal lobbyists, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to advance Premier&rsquo;s advocacy strategy. This position takes a broad approach to problem solving and developing an understanding of the federal legislative and regulatory process. The Government Affairs Intern will participate in policy development, required and approved educational opportunities, development of thought leadership content, drafting communications for internal and external stakeholders and learning about the various technologies and solutions Premier offers to its clients.</div><div></div><div>
A key priority of the Government Affairs Intern is to assist with policy development related to issues of importance to Premier and its member alliance.</div><div></div><div>

Premier&rsquo;s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier&rsquo;s internal salary range for this role is $52,000 - $78,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.<div><br>
