 Duties and Essential Job Functions
 
 
 
 
 Management:

 Provides strategic legal advice to senior management and other departments on corporate governance, compliance, focus and a sense of direction to the department, employees and management

 Technical:

 Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters for the group.

 Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and the group.

 Provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting viable legal advisory, agreements, memorandum and other related documents, drafting wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to applicable laws

 Be actively involved in preparing and drafting of different acts and legal submissions and draft the authoritative legal opinions as well

 Overview Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, leads a team of procurement professionals supporting V2X programs from the Chennai Office. Assists in ensuring Subcontracts compliance on corporate policies, legal issues, FAR guidelines, and customer requirements.
