  🔹 Key Responsibilities
 </strong>

  &bull; Prepare daily and weekly logistics operation reports
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Generate reports requested by customers and provide timely updates
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Prepare and verify documentation for cargo movements
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Maintain professional communication with customers and carriers
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Plan and coordinate cargo delivery schedules
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Monitor and manage cargo movements with accuracy
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Maintain yard inventory records and update databases
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Keep organized logs and documentation of all operations
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Identify and resolve cargo-related discrepancies
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Attend cargo loading operations to ensure accuracy
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Oversee cargo yard activities ensuring safety and efficiency
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Analyse logistics data to support decision-making
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
 </p>

  🔹 Qualifications
 </strong>

  &bull; University Graduate
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Experience in logistics is an advantage
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Proficient in MS Office applications
 </p>

  &bull; Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
 </p>
