The manager will lead continuous improvement efforts, drive cost efficiency, and deliver operational excellence.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Procurement &amp; Supplier Management:<ul><li>Oversee sourcing strategies and vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and assembly components to support production.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement teams to manage lead times, costs, and supplier performance.</li></ul>Production Planning &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Develop and manage master production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts.</li><li>Balance capacity, labour, and materials to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.</li><li>Lead daily and weekly production review meetings in accordance with sales demand.</li></ul>Manufacturing Operations<ul><li>Manage daily shop floor operations, resource allocation, and team performance.</li><li>Ensure that operations meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers or distribution hubs.</li><li>Coordinate outbound logistics and resolve delivery bottlenecks or transportation issues.</li><li>Monitor shipping KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and third-party logistics (3PL) performance.</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Lead cross-functional projects related to capacity and priorities.</li><li>Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, quality, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.</li></ul>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build and monitor key operational KPIs Dictionary.</li><li>Unified dynamic dashboards for senior management with data-driven insights and action plans.</li><li>Drive accountability and continuous improvements actions through structured review processes and dashboards.</li></ul>Job Specifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.</li><li>6&ndash;10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including procurement and delivery functions.</li><li>Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems, planning tools, and project management tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Leadership experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPI&rsquo;s):<ul><li>Production Efficiency (OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness)</li><li>On-Time, In-Full Delivery (OTIF)</li><li>Inventory Turnover Ratio</li><li>Procurement ROI / Cost Savings Achieved</li><li>Customer Order Cycle Time</li><li>Quality Defect Rate / Rework Percentage</li><li>Employee Engagement &amp; Turnover Rate</li><li>Compliance Audit Pass Rate</li><li>CapEx/OpEx Utilization Efficiency</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
