   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Carry out mechanical maintenance and repair activities for all process plant equipment across crushing, grinding, and CIL circuits
  </li>
  <li>
   Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in line with maintenance plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in shutdown maintenance planning, execution, and post-shutdown reviews
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) to improve equipment reliability
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct mechanical assembly, disassembly, alignment, and commissioning works
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with operations teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
  </li>
  <li>
   Support spare parts tracking, inventory control, and maintenance documentation
  </li>
