 Own the P&amp;L and ensure high profitability. Set optimal pricing strategies based on market rates and costs. Proactively manage Rate Per Kg (RPK) and upsell premium/faster services.
 
 
 
 3. New Trade Clusters Opening &amp; Expansion
 
 
 
 Identify, plan, and execute new trade cluster openings (MSME/SME hubs). Drive rapid deployment of new retail outlets to quickly capture market share.
 
 
 
 4. Revenue Growth &amp; Target Achievement
 
 
 
 Establish and aggressively achieve AOP revenue targets. Develop and roll out incentives for CPs and the sales team. Own the zone's overall profitability and top-line revenue.
 
 
 
 5. New Client Onboarding (Walk-in &amp; Coded Retail)
 
 
 
 Maximize Walk-in customer conversion (highest yield). Lead initiatives to convert high-potential walk-ins into Coded Retail Clients for sustained, repeat business. Ensure seamless customer experience.
