We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations of surgical instruments. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict quality standards, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities</li><li>Ensure production targets are achieved within set timelines</li><li>Monitor product quality in line with industry standards and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Procurement teams</li><li>Implement and maintain production schedules and workflow planning</li><li>Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials</li><li>Train, guide, and evaluate production staff</li><li>Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the production floor</li><li>Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 13485, CE requirements</li><li>Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions</li><li>Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>2-3 years of experience in production, preferably in surgical instruments manufacturing</li><li>Strong knowledge of surgical instruments production processes (forging, machining, polishing, assembly, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements</li><li>Good leadership and team management skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in export-oriented manufacturing units</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement techniques</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
