 9. Executing vessels&rsquo; annual SOPEP/VRP drills, as carried out by relevant Company&rsquo;s fleet within the stated intervals.
 
 
 10. Reviewing Officers/Crew Evaluations/Assessments that are submitted by the vessels.
 
 
 11. Identify training needs of seaboard personnel and Coordinate with training team.
 
 
 12. Assisting crew managers in the selection of qualified and experienced sea personnel.
 
 
 13. Ensuring that necessary preparations have been made for the vessels&rsquo; third-party inspections and those possible deficiencies and findings are tracked and dealt with in a timely manner.
 
 
 14. Liaising with class and flag state to ensure that the vessels are operated in compliance with all relevant international requirements.
 
 
 15. Maintaining all Class and Statutory Surveys within the &ldquo;due dates&rdquo; and following up the rectification of all possible deficiencies issued with respect to Navigational and GMDSS equipment, LSA and Fire Fighting Equipment.
 
 
 16. Arranging and following up corrective actions related to the reports issued by PSC/USCG, Oil Majors and other third-party bodies.
 
 
 17. Maintaining files and correspondence related to PSC/USCG and flag inspections and following-up documentation.
 
 
 18. Keeping the Marine Dept. informed about all items affecting the Safe Operation of the vessels.
 
 
 19. Assisting DPA in the investigation of incidents and non-conformities occurred on board the assigned ships and ensuring that proper corrective/preventive actions are being taken and implemented on the vessels.
 
 
 20. Responsible for compliance with company General Management system (ISM/ISO). Requirements included must be properly implemented on assigned vessels and in office.
 
 
 21. Carrying out Internal Audits on board and/or ashore upon request of the DPA.
 
 
 22. Participating in inter-departmental and Quality/Safety Committee meetings.
 
 
 23. Acting as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
 
 
 24. Submitting and Cooperating in the review of proposals for improving the system.

 31. Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions until all deficiencies are addressed at ship &amp; fleet level.
 
 
 32. Supervising that the inspection database is updated based on feedback from fleet vessels and shore staff.
 
 
 33. Systematic sharing of information of deficiencies identified through inspections with the aim of minimizing the recurrence of negative observations.
 
 
 34. Cooperating with the Safety/Quality/Vetting Coordinator to identify shipboard personnel training needs related to the execution of shipboard Inspections.

Job Description 
The Marine Surveyor supports Six Construct's marine construction activities - such as jetty, piling, and load‑out facility works - by providing accurate surveying, inspection, and positional control for all offshore and nearshore structures. He/ She ensures that all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and marine construction requirements. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in bathymetric surveys, barge positioning, and excavator positioning systems, and demonstrate a strong willingness to grow in more advanced survey technologies.

Conduct and support bathymetric and topographic surveys for marine and coastal projects.</li><li>

<div>The Traffic Management Superintendent manages Amentum staging, storage, shipment and transshipment operations at assigned Site. Provides senior supervisory role by controlling and administering all Amentum GPMS Traffic Management activities, utilizing all available modes of transportation. Responsible for direct oversight of all In-Transit Visibility, tracking and tracing operations using all available systems. Provides senior supervisory capability to PSO TMO staff in the planning, processing and execution of all shipments via line haul. Directly responsible in the timely and accurate completion of all related Transportation Reconciliation Listing (TARS) entries and the timely and accurate subsequent tracing actions. Completes and files DD 361 as required for TARs processes. Is the Primary Point of Contact for Amentum GPMS Program in oversight and compliance with the Container Management Program and the Wood Packing Material Program. May be the Senior TMO representative as part of MET teams during Temporary duties in support of Exercises and other taskings as required. May provide the Senior Supervisory role for all assigned personnel at home site and at deployed locations when required. Ensures operations and facilities are adequate to support the site. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities<ul>
<li>
Provides local management of Amentum personnel and assets. Responsible to the Transportation Manager for the health and welfare of assigned personnel.</li>
<li>Prioritizes and schedules work based on higher headquarters taskings, known flow of trucks and cargo, site related assignments, vacation and TDY schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinates with specific site's Traffic Management Office (TMOs) for all GPMS Program transportation requirements. Coordinates sealift requirements with specific site and with Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) personnel. Inputs bookings for Ocean Movement for all LRC taskings directly into the Integrated Booking System (IBS).</li>
<li>Ensures all cargo movements are monitored and reported IAW Amentum Traffic Management SOP, Work Instruction and Governing DOD/AF directives.</li>
<li>Ensures hazardous materials are properly inspected, documented and certified. Ensures all cargo that does not meet transportation standards is frustrated until discrepancies are corrected.</li>
<li>Provides technical assistance in loading/unloading 463L pallets, containers, truck and loading/unloading vessels to include operating MHE or other vehicles.</li>
<li>Initiates and completed DD361, Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR), as required. Forwards reports to appropriate office of final action as detailed in DOD 4500.09R, Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR).</li>
<li>Coordinates Port Handling and Inland Transportation (PHIT) requirements with Site TMOs and supervises in-country PHIT operations as a designated Work Monitor. Ensures Truck Logs are maintained IAW Amentum Traffic Management SOP Work Instruction for PHIT.</li>
<li>Ensures expeditious inbound and outbound Customs clearances are processed for trucks and cargo entering or departing the country. Maintains strict accountability indicating when trucks arrive at borders, when customs processing is initiated, when trucks are physically processed through borders and when trucks arrive or depart.</li>
<li>Direct oversight of site functions concerning the Container Management Module of the Integrated Booking System (IBS-CMM).</li>
<li>Accomplishes receiving process for all inbound cargo functions of MILSTRIP and NON-MILSTRIP shipments addressed to the host installation SRAN IAW with regulation.</li>
<li>Direct oversight of all sites in their compliance with the requirements of the Wood Packaging Material (WPM) program.</li>
<li>Maintains publications, forms and files required for PHIT, port and other TMO operations.</li>
<li>Implements, documents and controls quality, training, environment and safety programs.</li>
<li>Maintains liaison with Air Mobility Command (AMC) in the event transshipped cargo is diverted to airlift.</li>
<li>Maintains the capability to prepare and document cargo for airlift.</li>
<li>Ensures subordinates safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment, as required.</li>
<li>May be required to operate MHE to support the movement of equipment and assets.</li>
<li>Assigned as the Alternate Program Coordinator for the Amentum Hazardous Materials Training Program.</li>
<li>Alternate trainer for the Amentum Hazardous Materials Training Program.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years supervisory experience in traffic management (TMO), air terminal and/or marine transportation operations required.</li>
<li>Work experience in acceptance, preparation, processing, inspection, documentation and cargo handling procedures for sealift operations is required.</li>
<li>Experience in containerizing cargo required.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.</li>
<li>Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.</li>
<li>Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling min. of 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally.</li>
