  The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition and development efforts, including supporting recruitment coordination, campus initiatives, onboarding logistics, and candidate engagement across all levels of the firm.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support talent acquisition across all levels. Administer job postings, review CVs, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and collect feedback.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with early-stage candidate assessment, including phone screens.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support campus recruitment initiatives. Build and maintain university relationships, coordinate information sessions and networking events, and facilitate candidate engagement and conversion efforts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to talent sourcing efforts. Identify relevant networking opportunities and sourcing channels to strengthen talent pipelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate onboarding logistics. Schedule orientations, training sessions, and introductory meetings to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support people and culture initiatives. Support delivery of the Buddy Program, Lunch &amp; Learns, Exchange Program, and employee engagement surveys.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide additional HR administrative support as needed.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, or Business Administration required. Candidates with a closely related field of study will be considered only if they have direct HR or recruitment experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   HR or related experience is strongly preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with candidates, team members, and external partners.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn about HR and talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
  </li>
