This role provides comprehensive administrative, practice, and billing support while delivering exceptional internal and external client service.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, meetings, travel, and communications</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders</li><li>Create, edit, and proofread legal and administrative documents</li><li>Open and close client matters, process conflicts, and prepare engagement letters</li><li>Coordinate billing, time entry, prebills, and invoicing in collaboration with attorneys and finance teams</li><li>Assist with budgeting, reports, and client billing inquiries</li><li>Organize meetings, events, and virtual conferences</li><li>Maintain electronic and paper files in compliance with firm policies</li><li>Partner with Billing, Marketing, IT, and other departments to support practice needs</li><li>Provide backup support, assist with training, and contribute to process improvements</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of legal documents, billing processes, and law firm operations</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, document management and billing systems (e.g., Aderant or 3E)</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Practice Coordinator /Legal Secretary: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Legal Billing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: On the road</p>
