<div>As the Fitness Supervisor you will implement and maintain an integrated fitness and sports program ensuring successful fitness operations 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. The Supervisor shall actively engage with customers regarding programs and events and shall encourage participation. The Supervisor shall be present at events to effectively manage and monitor the programs.
The Fitness Supervisor identifies equipment needs and/or reductions and may recommend items for remodeling and repairing of facilities, and upkeep of equipment. Reviews ideas and implements new services or programs or implements improvements to existing services or programs. Schedule events reflective of community needs to maximize participation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Oversee successful operations of 24-hour Fitness Center and fitness &amp; sports program ensuring all PWS requirements are maintained.

 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Create and implement visual techniques and shop concepts integrating merchandise, display and marketing to support core business initiatives of a rising density
 
 
 
 TEAMWORK
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Work closely with the counters&rsquo; staff for the quality and standards of display, design and decoration.
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate with other team members to ensure that the work is consistent with the plan.
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Co-operate with the team to ensure the deadline of the assigned projects.
 
 
 
 
 SOURCING &amp; PRODUCTION
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Work well with the display and design suppliers to assert the work is on track.
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Work closely with the (Senior) Visual Merchandising to find out and analyze potential well-fit suppliers

 Candidate Requirements
 
 Relevant Education, Knowledge &amp; Experience:
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;5-7 years&rsquo; experience in Visual Merchandising (Home Furnishing) or an equivalent field/function and an Undergraduate degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or Fine/Applied Arts&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to utilize visual/illustrative methods of communication&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Application of color theory in design and merchandising solutions
 
 
 Knowledge
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A passion for, and extensive knowledge in home furnishings, the way people live at home (lifestyles and values), and trends in design&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A passion for, and extensive knowledge in retailing, Visual Merchandising, customer behavior, and trends in retailing&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;General knowledge and interest in graphic communication and interior design&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The ability to evaluate the store as a media both commercially and aesthetically, according to the Safat Home concept, Commercial Review standards, and Visual Merchandising professional competence&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A clear understanding of our customers' shopping behavior and how to support the HF mechanical sales system&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics&nbsp;
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A proven ability of how to visualize and communicate the HF product range and business priorities in a way that is functional, inspiring, and commercial using range presentation media and display techniques&nbsp;
