   Actively participate in project management processes; plan meetings, attend, and follow up on decisions

   Establish and monitor the implementation of the HSE Safe System of Work
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with the HSE department and keep them informed in all planning stages
  </li>

   Report to the Project HSE Lead and maintain a dotted-line reporting to the Global HSE Manager

   Manage administrative services (security, catering, cleaning, transportation, and personnel transfers)

   Ensure compliance with safe onboarding procedures for personnel
  </li>

   Coordinate with warehouse &amp; logistics for maintenance materials, PPE, and stock management

   Direct, develop, and monitor the performance of technical and support teams

   Collaborate horizontally with the production team to ensure interdepartmental coordination

   Develop technical and administrative solutions aligned with the plant&rsquo;s safety, quality, and efficiency goals
