ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) based on design drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP engineers and architects to incorporate changes and resolve design conflicts.</li><li>Modify and update drawings based on site conditions, redlines, and revisions.</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.</li><li>Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.</li><li>Maintain drawing documentation and ensure proper version control.</li><li>Support the site team with technical drawings during installation.</li><li>Participate in design coordination meetings as needed.</li></ul>QUALIFICATION:<ul><li>Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman in construction or consultancy firms.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or BIM tools is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical layouts, water supply, drainage, fire protection).</li><li>Strong understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.</li><li>Experience with coordination drawings and clash detection.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you an immediate joiner?</li><li>What is your visa status?</li></ul>
