As an Account Manager you will:
<ul>
<li>Retain and grow merchant accounts by driving adoption of Nomod s payment solutions and increasing processed payment volumes. Regularly look for referrals for other businesses and onboard the referrals as well.</li>
<li>Cross-sell and upsell Nomod s wider ecosystem - from payment links and in-person payments to Membership, Payment Gateway, Store, Catalogue, etc.</li>
<li>Act as the merchant s advocate within Nomod, liaising with the risk, engineering, operations, and product teams to resolve issues, streamline onboarding, and mitigate disputes/chargebacks.</li>
<li>Own the relationship: build trust with decision makers through regular account reviews, in-person meetings, and performance insights.</li>
<li>Drive merchant success metrics such as retention rate, volume growth, and adoption of additional Nomod features.</li>
<li>Provide training and support to ensure merchants teams are confident using Nomod day-to-day.</li>
<li>Gather and relay feedback from merchants to help shape product roadmap and operational improvements.</li>
<li>Identify churn risks early and take proactive steps to safeguard account health.</li>
