 Lead and guide a team of MIS specialists.

 Ensure timely and accurate reporting &amp; dashboard management.

 Monitor performance and support continuous process improvements.
 </li>

 Act as the link between management and the MIS team.
 </li>

 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous Experience in BPO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in MIS, data reporting, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of COPC standards and the BPO industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills in Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
 </li>
