The trial bureaus have principal responsibility for prosecuting a wide variety of cases such as misdemeanor assault, driving while intoxicated, drug possession, and theft offenses. They also handle more serious felony cases, including homicides, shootings, stabbings, sexual assaults, burglaries, assaults, drug and gun possession, robberies, and other violent crimes, as well as non-violent felonies, such as identity theft and grand larcenies. The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing highly skilled administrative and supervisory support to one of the trial bureaus and the office.
