  We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

   Executive Assistant
  </strong>
  to support senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires a high level of discretion, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage both professional and personal priorities seamlessly.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Provide comprehensive executive support, primarily managing the agenda and daily coordination of a senior executive and family, as well as supporting an additional executive when required
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth daily operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle visa applications and travel documentation processes end-to-end
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee travel and visa operations for approximately 10 senior managers within the organization
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a key point of contact, ensuring effective communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on all administrative matters
  </li>
 </ul>

   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in executive assistance, office management, or similar roles
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong experience in travel coordination, visa processes, and administrative operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  </li>
  <li>
   High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to use a company pool car when needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  </li>
 </ul>
