</p><p></p><ul><li>A member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission in short order.
</li><li>Minimum of seven years of full-time legal experience, including significant experience as a prosecutor or defense attorney, in white collar or other complex criminal litigation, preferred.
</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to serving the public interest.
</li><li>Ability and desire to handle multiple complex and challenging priority matters simultaneously.
</li><li>Ability to successfully manage all members of a large internal and external investigative team, develop strong working relationships with outside agencies, and effectively represent the Commonwealth and the Attorney General before federal and state courts, agencies, and the public.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
</li>A valid Massachusetts driver&rsquo;s license is required, as travel is necessary to various courts.<br>
