The Collaboration Cloud Solution Architect acts as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers in designing, extending, and adopting modern collaboration and employee experience solutions built on Microsoft 365. The role focuses on Microsoft Teams, Teams Apps, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Graph&ndash;based extensibility, delivering secure, scalable, end‑to‑end architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices. 
As part of the Global Delivery organization, the CSA delivers high‑quality engagements across regions, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and technical excellence. The role works closely with account teams, CSAMs, and partners to remove technical blockers, accelerate customer outcomes, and drive adoption of modern collaboration solutions. In addition, the CSA contributes to the creation and sharing of reusable technical IP, patterns, and best practices, while maintaining strong technical depth through continuous learning, skilling, and certifications.

Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Act as a technical trusted advisor for customers, focusing on Microsoft Teams, Teams Apps, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Graph&ndash;based solutions.</li><li>Design and deliver end‑to‑end collaboration architectures, including custom Teams applications and integrations.</li><li>Guide customers on extending Microsoft 365 using Graph API, Power Platform, and Power Automate.</li><li>Drive adoption of modern collaboration and employee experience solutions, aligned with Microsoft best practices.</li><li>Deliver engagements through Global Delivery models, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.</li><li>Collaborate with account teams, CSAMs, and partners to remove technical blockers and accelerate customer outcomes.</li><li>Capture and share technical IP, patterns, and best practices to enable repeatable delivery.</li></ul>
Maintain technical depth through continuous learning, skilling, and certifications. 
Qualifications 
Required Qualifications:<div>
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.</div> 
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:<div>
Proven experience with Microsoft Teams (architecture, governance, security, and operations). 
Strong hands-on expertise with: 
<ul><li>Teams Apps (custom apps, tabs, bots, connectors)</li><li>SharePoint Online</li><li>Microsoft Graph API</li></ul>
 Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale collaboration solutions.</div><div>
Solid understanding of security, identity, and compliance in Microsoft 365. 
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. 
Fluent English, both written and spoken. 
Turkish fluency is mandatory. 
 
Experience with: 
<ul><li>Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)</li><li>Viva (Viva Connections, Viva Engage, Viva Insights, Viva Topics)</li><li>Familiarity with low-code/no-code extensibility scenarios for Microsoft 365.</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, or ALM for M365 and Power Platform solutions.</li><li>Experience working in Global or Remote Delivery models.</li></ul>
Additional language proficiency beyond English is a strong plus.</div>
