 Ordering &amp; Replenishment

 Place and follow up on daily purchase orders across assigned categories (Fresh, Grocery, Personal Care, Home Care or Non- foods).

 Monitor stock levels in systems, flagging shortages, overstocks, and expiries to the Inventory Head.

 Ensure suppliers deliver correct quantities on time and to Snoomart&rsquo;s quality standards.

 Supplier Coordination

 Act as the operational link with suppliers for purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, delivery notes, and invoice accuracy.

 Escalate supply issues (delays, substitutions, shortages) to the Inventory Head for resolution.

 Track and update delivery confirmations in systems to ensure smooth Finance reconciliation.
