3. Preparing Visas, Gate passes, offshore passes, shipments clearance docs accurately, and liaising with relevant departments/service providers for the processing of the same.

6. Make hotel, air ticket, training, and medical arrangements as required.<br>

8. Ensure all expense related documents are received by the respective services providers and been posted for finalization of DA.<br>
9. Ensure that the SAP/Fiori is updated with services provided against each DA.</p>
