 Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create Brand / Product awareness based on applications / performance among the specification community/ OEMs &amp; look for opportunities for converting other types of insulation to Stonewool and Glasswool in Industrial &amp; building segments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement all key initiatives to achieve the strategy &amp; growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; maintain effective networking with Architects and Consultants within the Industrial &amp; building segments through specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote System Selling for dry wall partitions, sandwich panel applications etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough knowledge about Thermal calculations &amp; energy savings and solution based technical bidding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track the Stonewool and Glasswool specified projects &amp; ensure their conversion by closely working with sales team in the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Independently submit and clear technical bids and work with sales team to clear techno commercial bids.
 </li>
