 About Your Team
 
 
 
 You will be reporting to the Section Manager, and working closely with the Construction Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of specific work areas. You will coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and support teams including planning, QA/QC, and procurement to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role
 
 
 
 As a Senior Site Engineer, you will:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and subcontractors for seamless work execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and track material deliveries, tools, and manpower needs for your assigned zone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Raise and escalate technical queries, interface issues, or deviations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Section Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is full time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 10+ years in MEP construction or infrastructure environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge:
 
 Strong grasp of installation sequencing, QA/QC standards, and health &amp; safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expertise:
 
 Skilled in technical documentation, project coordination, and site leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
 </li>
